Shipping policy

As a sustainable brand, our designs are made in small batches which keep our inventories low. Some of our items are ready to ship within 2 - 3 business days, but most of our items are made to order and require approximately 5 - 10 business days for your item to be made and packaged for shipping (see product details for specific shipping time). You will receive an email notification when your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping

We offer free shipping on all US orders.

Local Delivery

Free local delivery is available for orders over $30 that are within 20 miles from our studio. Deliveries are made within the hours of 11am - 6pm (Tuesday - Thursday). A delivery confirmation will be sent via text message to the phone number provided during checkout.

International Shipping

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

All international shipments may be randomly chosen for inspection. The recipient of an international shipment is thus subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are imposed once the shipment reaches clearance. Potential charges for a customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient.

IMPORTANT: We cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs taxes or duties (including VAT). Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel and are your responsibility as the customer. This applies only to International and Canadian Orders.

Checking shipping status on your order

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven't received your order within 7 days (15 days for International Orders) of receiving your confirmation email, please contact us with your name and order number and we will look into it for you. [PLEASE NOTE THAT SOME SHIPPING DELAYS MAY OCCUR DUE TO COVID-19]
